I stayed at The Studio for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was amazing, just a short walk to the beach, wharf, and restaurants. The host was extremely accommodating and proactive, even sorting out the wifi and providing extra milk and tea bags. The room was very clean and in excellent condition, it felt like it was brand new. I loved the private parking spot right by the entrance and the reflective windows, blinds, and curtains that allowed me to enjoy people watching without sacrificing privacy. The bed was comfortable and it was pleasantly quiet at night.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Super convenient location with stunning views and cozy seating area by the window. Excellent communication from the owners, and a designated parking space. Nice touch with extra towels and a handy electric fry pan for breakfast. Impeccably clean, close to the seafront, and a fridge with complimentary milk. Fully equipped for meals with a glass dining table. Plenty of bedding and sufficient heating. Outstanding charm, surrounded by excellent restaurants and the harbor. We were so captivated by the town that we immediately extended our stay. Beautifully presented studio with extreme comfort and perfect location. Convenient guest laundry and friendly and helpful hosts made our stay in this magical town absolutely unforgettable.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, wharf, and plenty of restaurants and cafes. We loved being able to explore the whole town on foot. The room was tastefully decorated, with a comfy bed and stunning water views from the tub chairs. Additionally, the host was accommodating and proactive, addressing any concerns we had promptly.
The limited and restricted Wi-Fi was a major disappointment, especially considering the high standard of the property.

The Studio Akaroa is a cozy apartment that made me feel right at home. The kitchenette had everything I needed to cook up some delicious meals. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for chilling out after a long day exploring.
Personally, I found the flat-screen TV a bit small, but hey, that's just me. Others might still enjoy it.

Enjoyed the stunning views of the water from the balcony. The bed was so comfy, I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The Studio Akaroa? More like The Studio Awesome!
The Wi-Fi was restricted to one measly hour. How am I supposed to Instagram my fabulous vacation in that tiny timeframe?
